BOYS UNIFORM – GRADES PK-8

-Navy Twill Slacks with a belt (no corduroys, dockers, or baggies)
-White or Yellow Polo Shirt   - may be long or short sleeved 
-Navy or black socks, school shoes
-OLPH Sweater – must have OLPH Logo on it. 
                    All students may wear a pullover, cardigan or vest style sweater as you prefer.

Options available for the boys:   

-Navy dress (twill) shorts for the summer with a white or yellow polo shirt.  School shoes
            -White Turtle neck in cold weather
            -If you would prefer your son to wear a tie they must wear a White Dress shirt with the tie.

Jewelry: Jewelry is not permitted except for a wristwatch.

GIRLS UNIFORM – GRADES PK-4

-Plaid Jumper
-White, Yellow, or Navy Polo shirt - may be long or short sleeved
-Navy Socks, school shoes
-OLPH Sweater – must have OLPH Logo on it. 
                       All students may wear a pullover, cardigan or vest style sweater as you prefer.

GIRLS UNIFORM – GRADES 5-8

-Plaid Skirt
-White, Yellow, or Navy Polo shirt - may be long or short sleeved
-Navy Socks, school shoes
-OLPH Sweater – must have OLPH Logo on it. 
                 All students may wear a pullover, cardigan or vest style sweater as you prefer.

Options available for the girls:

-Navy dress (twill) shorts or a navy skort, for the summer, with a white or yellow polo shirt.  School shoes
-White Turtle neck in cold weather
-Navy twill slacks

Girls PK-8 Jewelry: No jewelry is permitted except for a wristwatch, one ring per hand, and small earrings. 
Post and stud style earrings only.  HOOP, DANGLING, AND OVER-SIZED EARRINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Girls PK-8 Hair, Nails, Makeup, etc.:  Makeup is unacceptable for school attire, including lip-gloss,
scented lip balm and scented lotion.  NO NAIL: POLISH, TIPS, EXTENSIONS; NOTHING ARTIFICIAL
PLACED ON THE NAIL. Girls may wear ribbons in their hair or simple barrettes.  No kerchiefs,
bandannas, hats, head wraps, large bows, or large hair accessories are permitted. 
Anything that will present a distraction is not permitted.

Summer uniforms may be worn from the start of school up to Columbus Day and again
from Mother’s Day through the end of school. 

School Shoes for all students: black or navy flat tie oxford, or buckle shoe.  Maximum heel height
of one (1) inch.  Shoes should have rubber or gummed sole bottoms.  Diesel or Sneaker-type shoes are
not permitted:  NO loafers, slip-on shoes, high top shoes, or boots are allowed.  High heals and thick
soles are not permitted.

The presence of anything that proclaims a current fad is not permitted. 
All students’ general appearance must be neat and presentable.

GYM UNIFORM – BOYS AND GIRLS

-Yellow Gym T-shirt with OLPH logo on it
-Navy mesh shorts (especially for the girls - please be sure they are long enough to be modest).
     The shorts must sit at the waist and not hang to show underwear or be so long that they hinder
      movement during class.-OLPH Sweat suit with logo on the top and leg of the pants
-Socks and sneakers - No sneakers with wheels or that can accommodate wheels are permitted.
